If an ongoing engagement is required, we’ll provide a clear statement of roles and responsibilities so that you’ll know what to expect from month to month.

At this stage, we’ll take a much more granular look at the relevant historical data, metrics, KPIs, and files. The goal here is to provide an accurate, quantifiable benchmark that we can use to measure the current vs. the desired state.
