Founder & CEO
Barry Kamrad is an experienced executive who worked in several industries: aviation, hospitality, IT, professional services and telecom. Prior to starting his own businesses, he held various positions at a number of leading companies, including Vie de France, MCI (now part of Verizon), AT&T, and IBM.
Barry enjoyed his time in the corporate world, but his true passion has always been helping leaders to solve their talent management problems and to build principled workplaces. He founded Sovran HR as a specialized HR consultancy serving SMEs that are growing fast and that are committed to ethics-based leadership.

In his current role, he manages the day-to-day functions of Sovran HR and develops winning strategies for the company’s clients.
